Cool B-Day Card -

MLC-BDay-Card-01 How did Brian Hannigan pull this off... Impressive!

ML2014AUGUST 9, 2018 - I was amazed to open the snail mail today and see a belated birthday card featuring a photo that I had used in a Facebook post just a few days earlier. My longtime home inspection industry friend, Brian Hannigan, has done it again. For those that don't know Brian, he initially created the home inspector forum back in about 1997, and he branched out into the online marketing and continued business referral industry about the same time. If you are looking for marketing helps and strategies, then chase down Brian at

Happy Birthday Grandpa

In the inspection industry, Brian Hannigan made a name for himself by proving the concept that home inspector fees are not high enough. He traveled the country putting on seminars touting his FREE Cost of Business online calculator. This can still be found at and is as valid today as it was when he rolled it forth in 1997. The exercises was designed to show inspectors why their low fees were killing their businesses. And since most home inspection enterprises fail in the first 5 years, this is a direct reflection on how underselling our value to the real estate transaction ends up drowning our business. It was cutting edge then, yet still an important business success exercises in 2018.

The reason I am wowed by my birthday card is due to Brian's ability to grab my Facebook image featuring me with my grandkids on August 2, and then using it as the cover for my personal birthday card. This proves to me his continued business relevance in this modern electronic world. Brian did not know that I would be doing this blog article. Instead, he was just doing what he believes is the best way to continue with his business friendships.

I followed Brian's link at and it immediately led me to an online trial form that allows any site visitor to send a free card. This is quite impressive. You should give it a try...

I believe that what Brian has tapped into is the old sentimental feelings of receiving a tangible card. Online greetings are awesome, but a tangible birthday card makes the heart stings tingle. So why don't you give it a try and send a free card to a loved one, friend, or business colleague. The moment you do you will start to have a mind expanding experience of how it can help you either increase your business relationships or touch your loved ones. Like I said, I invite you to give it a try.

NOTE: When you finally start using Brian's services, then let him know that Michael Leavitt sent you his way.

Make it a great day!... And for some reason I can't wait to see what Mr. Mailman brings me today!!! Michael Leavitt - Orem, Utah
