PHOTO CHALLENGE - Deck Ledger - Brick Veneer
As home inspectors we get to see installations that most people don’t even notice as being wrong. While researching images on the internet I found a specialty website dealing with front porches and this photo was prominently displayed. How many things can be wrong?... Let me count the ways!!!
INSPECTOR CHALLENGE - Take a look at the photo and list the items that you see wrong. If you see anything done right, then you might want to list those as well, but that list should be short.
