RIP - Robert "Bobby" Aguirre - Washington Irving JHS Alumni

To all of my friends from Washington Irving Junior High School, it is with sadness that I announce the passing of Robert "Bobby" Aquirre. Bobby was in Mrs. Safford's home room in the 1973-1976 years. Bobby passed on November 26, 2014 but his obituary was just barely posted in the L.A. Times on December 6-7th. I do not have any of the details regarding his passing, but special thanks to Billy Graham for catching this obituary and putting two and two together that this was one of our classmates. There will be a memorial service this Thursday at St. Bernards on Avenue 33. I really wish that I lived in the time zone and could pay my respects in person to his family.

NOTE: If any of you know Bobby's family, then please pass along this blog link to them so that they know there are others sending along good thoughts and prayers on their behalf.
