There’s No Upside...

There are some photos that come into my inbox that just make be gaze at the images and just melt with sappiness. I saw these and as I share them now I am taken back to that scene in "Remember The Titans" when the white player is playing music for the black players and he says.... "I don't even have to ask but, I will. What do you think of this one?" Yep, it is totally un-BEAR-able and adorable!
The photos come from my brother Jim. He had a dead tree in front of his Littleton, Colorado home and he figured out how to make lemonade out of the ugly sour lemon view in his front yard. Did he do it for himself? Probably not as much for his own desires, but his lovely wife Madelon just loves this type of decor.
I bet I could drive every street of Littleton and would not see such a wonderful creation in a front yard. I know there are none to be found on the other side of the mountains here in Orem, Utah. As you can see, his yard is totally set up for last night's big scary event. You have to love the home in the neighborhood that, as you walk your little ones from door to door begging for candy, is decorated and fun. Jim's house was surely a must visit event that warmed the hearts of all those that visited.
Good job Jim! Michael Leavitt - Orem, Utah
